And leave the rest to Providence and Paddy McGinty's goat!

This is not quite my element; I find it hard to talk about the music I prefer. I can't quite tell people what I do/do not like. 0__o Maybe I'll just give you a musical history of mine xD

If you see my other posts; they're usually pretty long. I like to think the longest out of us all. Though I may have ben out lenthend(if thats a word) I fear I cannot live upto the lengths to which you have all provided. Though I shall try (:

Okay, so I'll start with my younger years, (aged 0-5)
I was  your typical brittish baby/toddler I was soothed by the sounds of Iron Maidon, metallica, and the four non blondes ^_^ OH, I was really into traditional irish stuff too. Like "Paddy McGinty's Goat"(Epic song ^^ the titlle of this post is a lyric from it) You see...my dad was (well is) called Paul McGinty, but people called him Paddy, he loved the irish stuff and I guess all the irish blood in me, has kinda programmed me to like it too XD I'm not too sure about my favourite matallica/iron maidon songs at the time(I shall ask my Mum at a later date, when shes in the house with me)

Okay, we're not at 6-9(2000-2003)
I really was oyur typical british kid at the time...B*witched, all stars, steps, britney spears; you name it. All the mass comercialled crap, I was into it. I knew all the dances to the b*witched songs, I do still quite love them. Their tope of the pops performance was epic ^_^ (Note: all the denim they wear in this video; I dressed in it all, head to toe denim, ahh I looked so good -__- I can't believ my Mum lemme go out like that!)

September 2004: my musical break through!
I re-learnt the magical magic-ness of The Smiths, Green Day, Metallica, Iron Maidon and Eminem. I'd been brought up on The Smiths, and Metallica, though somehow they left my train of thought. It all came back to me, when Green Day released their album American Idiot. I believe it was their biggest album, but in my opinion, deffinatly not their best. It was about that time I started to dye my hair, and leave all the denim(bar jeans) behind xD

December 2005: And thus came my chemical romance!
Damn I thank "The black parade" for giving me my chemical romance. Again; it's not my favourite album; but quite possibly their biggest. My love for gerard way has increased a million fold since then. I've even come to love Bob Bryer 0__o (More so since he left the band!) I used to sit with this girl, Rachel, in my Music classes each lesson just had to be started and ended with "I'm not okay" on MusicJesus.

July 2009: I have to thank Anna for Placebo!
In June or July I met these people at school; they were a few years below me, but still rather epic. This one girl, Anna introduced me to Placebo(I'd heard Meds already...but who hasn't?) since then /they've become a slight obsession(I'm currently listening to "Sleeping with ghosts")

Summer 2009: You can tell me how vile already know that I am
My ex boyfriend, Christopher introduced me to Brand New, I fell in love with Jessee Lacey. This is when I first heard owl city too, WAY BEFORE fireflies ¬__¬

January 13th 2010: We live in a Synthetic Generation!
Christopher showed me deathstars on YouTube. Since then Iv'e just fallen in love with them. Seriouzly guyz. I ended up going to see them on June 22nd, I got some of the bassist's spit in my mouth XD

June 2010: I keep seeing this picture of you.
When our The sons of admirals did "Here comes my baby" on youtube I kinda become slightly more obsessed with Edd Plant. Seriously. This slight obsession has lead to many a dissagreement about the best Admiral, between myself and My friend Grace

Paddy McGinty's goat

Metallica, I have 3 favourite songs by these guys- Nothing Else Matters, Master of puppets and mama said you can never not be in the mood for metallica. More to the point you can never not be in the mood for Larz Ulrich or James Hetfeild.

Iron Maidon; there is always time for Maidon ALWAYS, and if you disagree then just gtfo!

The four non blondes; I have no idea what I liked when I was a child; but the song that has stuck with me is whats up

B*witched; still my biggest guilty please, I must say. I still know all the words, and the dance and everything to... C'est la vie

Steps;  I seriously have NO idea hy I even liked these, seriously. though apparently I did. Steps nerds ftw! ;D I remember buying deeper shade of blue in town after school, odd memory. Knew the dance to this too XD

All stars:  you probleys remember this song rom the scooby doo movie xD well lolz at bump in the night (I also know all the words XD)

The smiths; It's hard to pick my favourite song by the smiths; so I shall list nemerous ones xD There is a light that never goes out, girlfriend in a coma, ask, this charming man, *stops list before I go The smiths mad xD* They just have this habit of putting the most depressing songs into the brightest of tunes ^__^

There is a light that never goes out lyrics ;D
Take me out tonight
Where there's music and there's people
And they're young and alive
Driving in your car
I never never want to go home
Because I haven't got one
Anymore

Take me out tonight
Because I want to see people and I
Want to see life
Driving in your car
Oh, please don't drop me home
Because it's not my home, it's their
Home, and I'm welcome no more

And if a double-decker bus
Crashes into us
To die by your side
Is such a heavenly way to die
And if a ten-ton truck
Kills the both of us
To die by your side
Well, the pleasure - the privilege is mine

Take me out tonight
Take me anywhere, I don't care
I don't care, I don't care
And in the darkened underpass
I thought Oh God, my chance has come at last
(But then a strange fear gripped me and I
Just couldn't ask)

Take me out tonight
Oh, take me anywhere, I don't care
I don't care, I don't care
Driving in your car
I never never want to go home
Because I haven't got one, da ...
Oh, I haven't got one

And if a double-decker bus
Crashes into us
To die by your side
Is such a heavenly way to die
And if a ten-ton truck
Kills the both of us
To die by your side
Well, the pleasure - the privilege is mine

Oh, There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out
There Is A Light And It Never Goes Out

Eminem: haveing a mother thats somewhat creppy about eminem can't be normal. I actually can identify my favourite song; I think. It has to be: The kids, juts listen to the lyrics; you will lol!

Green Day; the BEST song by far by these guys has to be walking contradiction! I don't care what anybody says. This is t he best. And the best album is dookie(I don't think walking contradiction is on dookie) (i think its on nimrod)

My chemical romance; Once the emo kings, now they're just...not. I guess emo has been taken over by screamo...and wales |: I really got into them in December '05, but I guess I'd always liked them; their best album has to be (imo) Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge. Though I'm uberly psyched  for their new album Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. The only thing i've heard of it is... art is the weapon  I also believe I may have heard "NA NA NA" xD

Brand New!
The band that made my summer '09 They're depressing, but they're up front about it. They're an awesome badn. Seriously. But their latest album "Daisy" was SOOOOO bad! I refuse to admit that it exsists!

I'm gunna have to leave it there guys; I've been writing for too long; and I have so much coursework left to do >_<

OH! Teh blue is all gone now though >_< It's washed to black/blonde now :L
Also, I requested a Star Trek week ;D! Though I think it's gunna be like a futuristic fantasy week sorta thing
